Genesis Real Estate Company is located directly off of 320th Street at 32014-32nd Avenue S., Federal Way, WA, 98001. The Genesis building is approximately 1 mile east of the Commons Mall and is conveniently located between Federal Way and Auburn. If on I-5 you will want to take Exit#143, and turn East going toward Military Road.

Further Directions:
From W. Federal Way access S. 320th St.,  traveling east across Hwy. 99 intersection and the front of the Commons Mall. Still traveling on 320th St. cross the I-5 overpass and turn right onto 32nd Ave. at first red light past the overpass. Genesis Real Estate is the 2nd building on the immediate left.

From Auburn travel West on Interstate 18 until reaching the Weyerhaeuser Way Exit. On the exit ramp turn right onto Weyerhaeuser Way S. and travel approximately 2 miles north until reaching S. 320th Street. Turn left at the light onto 320th Street and almost immediately turn left again into 32nd Ave. S. Genesis Real Estate is the 2nd building on the left. It is also possible to travel up Interstate 18 until reaching I-5. Take first right exit onto I-5 north (Seattle exit), traveling approximately 2 miles north to Exit 143 (S.320th St. Exit). Taking exit 143 turn right onto 320th St. and take the first right at 32nd Ave. S.  Genesis Real Estate is the 2nd building on the left as you enter 32nd Ave. S.

Genesis Real Estate building is also accessible from Military Road S., being located approximately half a mile west of the intersection of S. Peasley Canyon Rd. and Military Road S. 

The Genesis Real Estate Building is located in an office park with similar office buildings occupied by Weyerhaeuser and other related companies.
